A clear, supportive six-step journey for families. Mid-year admissions welcome at Sri Sathya Sai Global School, Singapore.

The journey

From inquiry to first day

Six steps, typically two to three weeks. Each step lists what you do, what we do, and any documents to prepare — so there are no surprises.

Step 1 · Apply

Step 2 · Visit

Tour the campus

60–90 minutes

Walk through the labs, sit in on a class, meet teachers and current parents. The visit is tailored to your child's grade.

Pick a slot that suits you — weekday or Saturday morning
Bring your child along if you can
Bring any questions about transition, support, or routine

Tailor the tour to your child's grade and interests

Step 3 · Assess

Aptitude assessment

60 minutes

A grade-appropriate assessment in language, mathematics and general aptitude — the aim is to understand each child's learning profile, not to filter them out.

Schedule the assessment at a time that works
Your child completes it on campus (or remotely where needed)
No prep required — it's a snapshot, not an exam

Mark the assessment with the academic team
Map strengths and areas needing settling support
Share results clearly with you

Step 4 · Confirm

Admission confirmation

1–3 business days

You receive confirmation of admission with grade placement, available section and start date.

Review the offer details with your family
Ask any final clarification questions
Indicate intent to proceed

Issue a written offer with grade, section and start date
Share the fee schedule and payment options
Reserve a seat while you complete documents

Step 5 · Documents

Submit documents

Variable — typically a few days

Submit the documents needed for enrolment. The office guides you through the checklist with reminders.

Gather the documents below and submit by email or in person
Originals required for sighting at first day of school

Verify documents and request any missing items
Keep records secure and confidential
Confirm seat once documents are complete

Documents to prepare

Birth certificate (or passport bio page)
Most recent report card / academic record
Passport-size photographs (recent, 4 copies)
Parents' photo ID (NRIC / passport)
Vaccination / health record
Reference letter from previous school (where available)
Transfer certificate (if mid-year)

Step 6 · Payment

Pay & sign

Same day

Pay the registration and applicable term fees per the published fee structure. Receipts issued the same day; bank transfer, PayNow and online payment supported.
